First Quarter
We will begin learning Science for first five weeks. I will be combining the use of FOSS (FULL OPTION SCIENCE SYSTEM) our new Science curriculum and also use our science text book at times to supplement to our third grade curriculum.The FOSS is a hands on inquiry based approach and nurtures the exploratory nature of children and requires them to make observations that are detailed and utilize the science vocabulary.
